Prices per person with accommodation at the Hotel Belvedere only (3 stars hotel);

If you prefer to book a different hotel make sure to choose a Pack without accommodation.

Most of packs were sold out after a few days! At the moment we don't have spaces available, you can just register in our waiting list.

Registration & Payment

There are limited spots available - who gets priority?

• Couples: extra leaders/followers will be put on a waiting list;

• First registrations first: be quick and grab your spot! Registrations open on November 25th at 1pm;

• Participants that choose any pack with accommodation included (nights & meals at Hotel Belvedere).

STEPS FOR PAYMENT

1. Within 2 weeks of registration, you will receive an e-mail letting you know if you have a reserved spot at TBW 2020 or if you are in a waiting list.

2. On January 1st you will receive the payment info and you will have to pay your deposit within 7 days: a deposit fee of 110€ is required for Packs without classes and a fee of 260€ is required for Packs with classes. You can pay by Bank transfer or Paypal (including from 4 to 5,5% of taxes, depending on countries).

3. After the payment you will receive a final confirmation of your registration to the festival.​

4. If you chose a pack with accommodation included (Hotel Belvedere only) you will pay the outstanding balance directly on check-in at the hotel on the day of your arrival at the festival, in cash or credit card.

Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel the workshop you already paid, please be aware of our cancellation policy:​​

• If you cancel your booking for any reason before March 1st, we will refund 50% of the paid amount.

• If you cancel your booking for any reason before April 1st, we will refund 25% of the paid amount.

• Sorry, there is no refund for cancellations after April 1st. 

• Substitution for another person is possible anytime at a fee of 10€. A change of levels is only possible if the leader/follower ratio permits.
