Payment & Cancellation Policy

We'll ask a payment for classes and parties only, to de done within 10 days after registration (after those 10 days you might need to register again);

the payment on our Swing Mood page will includes 10€ of association (not refundable in any case, it expires every year at end of August);

if you need to cancel your participation at the event within 1st March 2023 we can make you a voucher (90% of the deposit you paid) to be used in one of the next festival organized by Swing Mood OR you can find a substitute, but there is NO REFUND; after 1st March the only option is to find a substitute.

You'll pay the Hotel at your arrival, it won't need any deposit; make just sure to write in the registration form the correct name of your roommates.
