Cancellation Policy

Payment & Cancellation Policy

We'll ask you to pay the Pack you choose (hotel excluded), to be made within 7 days of receiving our email with the payment details (after these 7 days you will have to register again or your registration will be considered expired);
If you decide to cancel your participation within 10th December we'll give you back 50% of your payment, after that time you won't receive any refund;
Anytime you can ask us to transfer your Pack to a substitute (same level and same role as you);
You will pay for the Hotel upon your arrival, no deposit required for that;
If the Festival were to be canceled due to force majeure, you will have the full amount returned.
