Payment & Cancellation Policy

We'll ask you to pay the Pack you choose (hotel excluded), to be made within 7 days of receiving our email with the payment details (after these 7 days you will have to register again or your registration will be considered expired)

You'll pay the Hotel at your arrival, it won't need any deposit; make just sure to write in the registration form the correct name of your roommates

If you decide to cancel your participation within 17th December we'll give you back 50% of your payment, after that time you won't receive any refund; OR you can find anytime a substitute (same level & role)
